Nominations must be submitted by September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The competition is not open for paid voting until EFF publishes final eligibility, timing, vote values, prizes, judging and tie procedures, geographic limitations, refund terms, tax disclosures, and an alternate method of entry where required.
